We are building our strength in organic feed production at our own facility.
At the heart of Biosmyrna’s production activities is our own feed production facility in Torbalı, İzmir.
Under the Bioyem brand, we produce organic compound feeds and develop products for the changing nutritional needs of different animal species and production periods.
We see our production capability not just as a facility that meets today’s needs, but as a structure in which we can continually develop our expertise and product development capacity in the organic feed sector.
Our Production Facility in Torbalı
At our facility in Torbalı, İzmir, with 1,000 m² of covered space, we produce Bioyem-branded organic compound feeds.
The production capacity of our facility can reach up to 20 tonnes per hour.
Our production infrastructure allows us to manage the core stages of feed production in-house, from receiving and preparing organic raw materials to dosing, grinding, mixing and packaging.
Different Animals, Different Needs
Animals’ nutritional needs change not only by species, but also by their life and production stages.
That is why we shape Bioyem product development and production around the needs of different animal groups and feeding periods.

We produce organic compound feeds for different groups, from broilers and laying hens to cattle, sheep and goats.
We produce our standard products according to rations determined through our own work. We also consider special formulation requests from farmers and producer companies, and can work on custom production on request.
From Raw Material to Product
Our production process begins with selecting suitable organic raw materials and preparing them for production.
The raw materials are dosed according to the formula, ground and mixed, then packaged according to the product form and prepared for shipment.
At every stage of production, we take care to protect the quality and traceability of the product.
