Unless expressly stated otherwise, the information on the Site is intended for general information.
No information on the Site should be regarded as a binding commercial commitment on the part of Biosmyrna unless there is a separate written quotation, contract or other commercial document.

Product descriptions, technical specifications, analysis values, packaging information, certification information, product availability, capacity, delivery or similar information on the Site may change over time.
The images on the Site are for information and promotional purposes; they are representative and may not reflect the exact appearance of the product, the facility or the operations.

Within the scope of its activities, Biosmyrna is engaged in the sourcing and trade of organic products within the framework of the relevant legislation and applicable certification systems.
The description of a product as organic on the Site means that the product should be assessed within the scope of its valid certification and conformity documents.
Expressions such as “natural”, “traditional” or similar do not, on their own, mean that a product is an officially certified organic product.
The status of organic products should be assessed together with the relevant legislation, the product documents and the records of the authorised control and certification bodies.
5. Technical and Sector Content
The Blog, Technical Information, Frequently Asked Questions and other Knowledge Centre content on the Site has been prepared for general information purposes.
In relation to a specific case, this content does not replace:

In addition, the map area on the Contact page links to Google Maps, and the “Online Shopping” link on the Bioyem pages links to the Bioyem brand’s own website (bioyem.com). These sites are subject to their own terms of use and privacy terms.
Biosmyrna is not responsible for the content, security practices, privacy policies, availability or data processing activities of third-party sites.
When third-party sites are used, the terms and policies of those sites apply.
