Balanced development towards slaughter
From day 43, broilers approach the later stage of growth and the slaughter period. While live weight gain continues in this period, it becomes important to assess feed intake, body condition and overall flock performance together.
Bioyem Organic Broiler Finisher Feed is an organic compound feed prepared for the nutritional needs of broilers raised from day 43 onwards in the later growth and finishing period.
The aim of the feeding programme in this period is to support balanced growth and appropriate body condition up to slaughter while the birds continue to develop.
The balance of energy, protein and amino acids and the adequacy of minerals and other nutrients are important for live weight gain, muscle structure and overall flock performance.
Running the feeding programme in the finishing period in line with the birds’ age, development and planned slaughter date helps complete the final stage of rearing in a balanced way.
