Cattle - Organic Beef Cattle Feeds
Organic Beef Cattle Feed – Finisher (Day 201 Onwards)
Prepared for the changing nutrient needs of cattle approaching slaughter weight in the final period of fattening. It supports continued live weight gain, the maintenance of appropriate body condition and completing fattening as planned.
Balanced feeding towards slaughter
From day 201, fattening cattle approach the later stage of rearing and the planned slaughter period. While live weight gain continues in this period, it becomes important to assess feed intake, body condition and overall fattening performance together.
Bioyem Organic Fattening Finisher Feed is an organic compound feed prepared for the nutritional needs of cattle in the finishing period that continue fattening from day 201 onwards; as a concentrate, it does not replace roughage and is used together with roughage in the ration.
The aim in this period is to support the animal approaching its target live weight and slaughter period in a balanced way while it continues to develop. The levels of energy and protein and the balance of fibre, minerals and other nutrients should be assessed taking into account the animal’s live weight, feed intake and condition.
Running the feeding programme in the finishing period in line with the animal’s development and the planned length of fattening helps complete the final stage of fattening in a balanced way.
