Balanced feeding while production continues

The 46–65-week period is when the flock moves from its high production period into a later stage of production. As egg production changes over time, the hen’s nutrient needs also vary with production level and body condition.

Bioyem Organic Phase 1 Feed is an organic compound feed prepared for the nutritional needs of 46–65-week-old laying hens in this production period.

In this period, it is important to manage the feeding programme not only by the number of eggs, but by assessing egg weight, shell quality, flock condition and overall production performance together.

Preserving the bird’s body reserves and mineral balance while supporting continued egg production is especially important for long-term flock performance.

The Phase 1 period makes it possible to move, after peak production, to a feeding programme suited to the flock’s changing needs.
