The product must suit the customer’s expectations, its organic status must be verified, its quality characteristics assessed, the quantity and delivery terms clarified and the shipment made on time.
At Biosmyrna, we handle an order as this whole.
First, we clarify the customer’s needs
Every trade starts with a product request.
But for us, the product’s name alone is not enough.
The quantity of the product the customer wants, its quality characteristics, organic certification requirements, packaging or shipment method, delivery point and timing are assessed together.
This makes clear, at the start of the sourcing process, what needs to be delivered.
We assess the right product and source
Once the request is clear, the right product and supply source are assessed.
Here we look not only at whether the product is available. Whether the product meets the characteristics the customer requested, the suitability of its organic status, the continuity of the quantity and the availability of the necessary quality information are also taken into account.
The fact that Biosmyrna works only with organic products forms the basis of this assessment process.
We assess quality and documents together
Before the product is sourced, the available quality information and the required documents are assessed.
Depending on the nature of the product and the customer’s request, analysis results can be reviewed and, where necessary, additional analyses planned.
For organic products, the certification scope is also checked separately.
Our aim is not just to offer the customer a product, but to be as sure as possible that the product offered can meet the requested terms.

We plan the product’s storage and shipment
Trade is not complete when the product is bought.
The product must reach the business, be properly stored and prepared, and be shipped to the customer.
At these stages, care is taken to protect the product’s identity and traceability.
The fact that no conventional products are accepted into Biosmyrna’s facilities and warehouses is also an important part of the operational structure of our organic product trade.

Shipment is the last stage of the promise made
The success of a trade is not measured only by the product being right.
Delivering the product in the agreed quantity, on the defined terms and on time is just as important.
That is why logistics planning, document preparation and the delivery process are considered from the start of the trade.
This coordination becomes even more important in international trade, when working with customers in different countries.
For us, an order does not end with delivery
An order reaching the customer may technically be the final point of a commercial transaction.
But what really matters for Biosmyrna is that the customer can trust the product and service they received.
That is why, rather than a short-term transaction, we aim to build a commercial relationship in which the same customer can confidently work with us again in the future.
For us, an organic product order is not just a process from finding the product to delivering it; it is managing the promise made to the customer from start to finish.
